The person will work with application and domain leaders to create a clear strategic direction to be delivered by development team. You will guide the team with clear set of requirements and deliver product features and functions by balancing customer need with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing Trax to support business requirements and work with functional/ technical stakeholders to test and implement them
  • Understanding and maintain the Trax product, being accountable for the product by knowing how it works
  • Providing consultation and track all pending changes ' both internal and vendor provided
  • Working with application support teams to resolve, document root cause and ensure product is running optimally
  • Assessing designs and identify gaps, risks and concerns, as well as ensure complete planning
  • Identifying and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
  • Supporting product owner™s accountability to DT horizontal functions for adherence to internal processes PMO, ITIL and compliance
  • Presenting opportunities for strategic and tactical product improvements to the product owner
  • Facilitating and coordinate working sessions as necessary to further refine product requirements and features
  • Reviewing and test product deliverables to confirm the business requirements have been addressed
  • Presenting and train internal customers on new configs/features/releases for Trax

  • Have familiarity with the cash and banking domain
  • Have understanding of multi-tier applications (Web, application, batch, messaging, REST, webservices) and how they operate
  • Have experience in SDLC- requirements gathering, design, development tools and technologies, release , testing methodologies, deployment management.
  • Have problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated the ability to assimilate new information and understand complex topics.
